We look right at them on the hill across the Bay from us - now have a chance to look inside some of the Eichlers in the San Mateo Higlands. The annual tour includes 8-12 homes, and benefits the Highlands Elementary School. We went to this 2 years ago, and ran into a few Greenridge residents there, including the former owners of our home! There were some absolutely amazing homes, and some that were less interesting, but overall we felt it was a worthwhile excursion. This year the experimental X-100 steel-frame house (one of two in the world) will be included as well, on the Friday tour only. Tickets are $35 if purchased by March 15; they'll be $40 after that. More info and tickets here. Bonus round: Would you be interested in having a Greenridge Eichler tour that benefitted the community? Please take this quick anonymous poll.
