Lead Paint?

Hello Neighbors,

We are thinking of doing some work on our house. Our contractor has informed us of the EPA's new lead safe requirements.

1.  Does anyone know if homes on this street contain lead paint?

2. Has anyone gotten a certified lead inspection or risk assessment done on their house? If so, please recommend who you hired.

3. We plan on getting a lead inspection and risk assessment done on our house. Anyone interested in trying to get a group discount?
