Someone has probably pointed this out to you already but there is a very nice Eichler for sale at an excellent price at 5392 Crown Court, just off Greenridge. It has the original paneling which is in very good condition. The garage has been converted but you could always make it back into a garage if you felt you had to have one. The atrium is really beautiful and the backyard is perfect for entertaining--very private with a big deck and patio around a lovely pool.

There's another one for sale on Greenridge, up toward the park, but I can't find the listing at the moment. It needs a lot of work, but is a bargain.
